When talking to friends who live in HLY there appears to be a very high turnover of helpers in some households. Is this normal in the area?

Can't see why it would be any different here from elsewhere. It's a fairly generalised question so hard to answer. I'd guess you find some who have been in place for years, some who don't quite cut the mustard so are moved on and some who choose to move on.

How many hours would you want her to do? My helper has time on her hands, let me know the details.

Hi all, we're moving to HLY from Australia this Sun (29 April) with our 3yr old twin boys and we're expecting another :-) We really would like to secure a domestic helper ASAP. Would appreciate any advice on how to get one and if any helpers are coming towards the end of their contracts we could employ them straight away. Email - lynnemhodges@gmail.com - thx
